Gentle Heart Set

I cant count the times I've said "this world is crazy" this year. It seems like there has been so much death and heartache lately, more than the usual. One of the things I learned early on in my journey is that sometimes we NEED to feel the uncomfortable to find our way back to comfort. Physically, fevers are our bodies way of trying to heal itself. Emotionally, crying is our bodies way of letting that energy out. Spiritually, not having the energy to do our rituals is our bodies way of saying we need rest. These "uncomfortable" feelings serve a purpose. 

We ritually created this set to help you move through these uncomfortable times and find your way back to comfort. Feel all the feelings and allow them to pass when its time. In this set you will receive:
