Rest & Reflect Set

During the colder months some people feel sad that they can not go out to the beach, out to the parks for barbecues, or be out in the warm sun all day. Although these activities are fun, winter brings its own lessons to teach, During this time its a great opportunity to sit with ourselves and reflect.
