We keep our tummy tea basic and only include herbs that will be gentle on your tummy. Upset tummy? Try our Tummy Tea! We include peppermint in our tea which has been a long time favorite for settling upset tummies. Steep 1tsp- 1 1/2tsp of loose tea per 6-8floz, not caffeinated.
